Researchers at the University of Murcia spent 4 years analyzing the diets of 61 men, 30 of whom had reproductive problems. They found that men who had good quality semen ate more vegetables and fruit than those with low quality semen. More vegetables and fruit means they consumed more vitamins and folic acid, and less fats, researchers say.
